Hi, I’m Josephine
I’m a coach, mentor, facilitator and strategist deeply committed to helping people remember who they are.
I help people navigate turning points - career shifts, leadership change, confidence crises and burnout, or a quiet longing for living with more ease and meaning. My approach blends psychology, ancient wisdom, energetic alignment, intuition, and strategy in a way that feels grounded, spacious and authentically empowering. And whether I’m working one-on-one, or in partnership with an organisation, my role is to guide people back to authenticity, confidence and clarity.
Where it all started
I’ve always been curious - watching, listening and asking deep questions long before it was cool. I grew up in a small Victorian town where connection mattered more than credentials, and where people looked out for one another.
This upbringing built my deep love for people - our complexities, emotions and patterns. It also led me to a Master of Psychology in Coaching, and a career in sales + marketing, recruitment, leadership development and coaching. Alongside my professional life my interest in ancient wisdom grew.
The part I didn’t always lead with, but never stopped trusting
I began studying Astrology in 2005 out of curiosity and quickly saw it was as powerful as any psychometric tool or coaching model I’d used. It reveals not only how we behave, but why we’re here and what calls us forward. The workplace wasn’t ready, so I kept learning ancient modalities quietly.
When I stepped out on my own, I chose to coach honestly, weaving psychological Astrology, energetic alignment, and intuitive ideation. Smart, successful clients from Founders to Executives came looking for more than KPIs: meaning, renewal, and a place to rebuild self-trust.
And now, this is the work I share.
I coach professionals who want a life that fits who they are, and teach them to trust their own timing, energy, and voice.
I don’t follow formulas. I offer reflection, resonance, and real tools for personal and professional growth.
I’ve learned that alignment changes everything.
When how you feel matches how you lead, how you live, and how you relate - something clicks. You stop overthinking every decision. You stop chasing the next thing. You start trusting yourself. And things begin to flow - not always easily, but honestly.
